Pekin, IL. - Velde Ford of Pekin is among a very elite group of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Dealeships Nationally to be recognized with the coveted 'Ford President's Award' bestowed by the Ford Motor Company of Dearborn, Michigan.
This prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in providing far superior customer satisfaction in service and automotive retailing. The award is determined primarily by Velde Ford Customers themselves through survey responses recorded and exclusively monitored by Ford Motor Company.
The Ford President's Award was developed to recognize the FLM Dealerships Nationwide that provide the 'benchmark of customer satisfaction' in service, sales, vehicle ownership and overall customer satisfaction to their patrons.
"The President's Award signifies our gratitude for those Dealers who reach beyond daily tasks and make a difference to their customers," says Frederiek Toney, Vice President of Ford Customer Service Division. Velde Ford was one of only 338 Dealerships Nationwide to be honored with the Ford Motor Company President's Award. Less than 10% of the over 3,513 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Dealerships Nationwide receive this prestigious award. This is the second time Velde Ford has won the award.
Established in 1957, Velde Ford will celebrate its 53rd Anniversary this year. Family owned and operated by the Saurs family since 1963, Velde Ford has always taken great pride in the tenure of its staff and always endeavors to 'treat customers like family'. Velde Ford's Staff has an average tenure of over 15 years in Sales, Service and Management.
